Scott Chytil specializes in architectural photography and is particularly excited when he gets to shoot a kitchen.  It’s probably because he loves to cook and the kitchens he gets to shoot are nicer than his own, which sparks his own imagination about his dream kitchen.  Kitchens are also technically challenging with the (almost) ever-present stainless appliances reflecting light.   Add in dark cabinets and you have a very tough lighting scenario.  Nothing that can’t be overcome, it can just take a bit more skill and time to get it just right.
