ptortora: Good questions. The only light in the room at the time was my strobes. The dark bottle helped too. I used the Canon 45mm TS lens. It was set a bit high and then shifted down for proper composition. To help eliminate reflections from bright objects like tripod legs, drape some black fabric over them. I always have that nearby.

Great photo Scott. I've been dabbling with shooting wine bottles and it is quite challenging. Your end product is superb and your explanation was outstanding. Just two questions - How did you eliminate yourself and the camera from reflecting in the body and secondly, what lens did you use? Again, thank you for sharing this information and I'm looking forward to seeing the bottle in the other 2 settings.

This is a great piece you've done with always the most wonderful photos to depict the story of the recipient.
Irons Brothers Construction along with help from 3 Guys Concrete was proud to be a part of this project for Narda Curlee the ramp recipient. Philanthropy is one of our company's core values and it is part of who we are as TEAM PROS when volunteering our construction expertise for a good cause. Thanks again,

Excellent post. This is an issue I deal with at work too (as you know) and I've often seen agents use another agent's photos in a listing when it is expressly prohibited by our multiple listing service membership rules. It's also an issue with photos and DVD's made for the non-profit I work with as well (http://www.FEARProject.org). I'm glad to see you tackling the subject.
